Pre bid support includes full technical and management support during technical and commercial bid submission. FEED verification report is the outcome of thorough review and evaluation of FEED package which identifies any constraints, exclusions or assumptions that play a vital role for the project execution. GRE helps our clients with a clearly defined BoQ of items to prepare the overall project costing, budgetary figures, and the critical inputs needed for procurement and construction cost estimations. In addition, we develop the overall project schedule, man-power histogram, man-hour estimation etc. for the bid.
